Quality over Quantity

With only 4-5 students at any one time, you will spend a lot more one-on-one time with your tutor. This means that you will receive a higher quality service when it comes to learning the skills it takes to be a professional electrician and gas engineer.

We take great pride in offering a more tailored learning environment for our students. With a smaller class, you can expect to spend more time one-on-one with your tutor. Moreover, you will be able to study closely with your classmates, helping each other to learn and develop the skills you will need to enter the electrical and gas engineering trades.

7 Days A Week

Our courses are taught every day of the week. This means that if you are wanting to study to become an electrician or gas engineer but you have other commitments such as a part time job, then we can work the course around you. As well as being open on weekends, we also do evening classes for that extra bit of flexibility!

Furthermore, our tutors are available everyday for your convenience. If you are struggling to make a class due to work or other commitments, then you can catch up with the lesson at a later date. This flexibility means that your studies are in your hands! We believe that by having more freedom with your lesson times prepares you for the career ahead of you. By using your time wisely, you can practice the time-keeping and planning required when working for clients as an electrician or gas engineer.

Flexible Course Dates

Normally, the courses that you must complete in order to qualify as a professional electrician or gas engineer are completed over a set time. Some courses will require you to do 7 days, some will require you to complete several weeks. At DS Gas & Electrical Training, we know that finding the time to do this can be difficult which is why we offer the same courses but spread out over a longer period!

By having this flexibility, you can complete your training and earn your qualifications without having to sacrifice any of your other commitments. Whether you have a full or part time job, or if you have a family, our courses are designed to allow you to complete them in your own time, rather than to a ticking clock. You can, of course, still complete the courses in the normal timescale if that suits you. This service is also available at no extra cost!

Professional Staff

All of the tutors at DS Gas & Electrical Training are fully qualified electricians and gas engineers who have previously completed the exams that you will be taking. This means that you are receiving a high quality service from professionals in the fields that you are looking to enter.

All of our staff have not only passed their qualifications but have been working in the electrical and gas trades for many years. As such, they can provide you with both the knowledge required to pass your exams and gain your qualifications, and they can prepare you for the many situations you may face thanks to their first-hand experience from the work that they have completed in the past.

Free Resit

Upon completion of the courses you will need to complete an exam. While we will strive to help you to pass these exams first time, if you do fail your first exam, we offer a free resit in order to help you to pass second time around!

We believe that while anyone can learn to become an electrician or gas engineer, many people struggle when it comes to exams. Whether it is the pressure of wanting to pass those exams or some other external factor, sitting an exam can be a stressful experience. As such, we allow all students a free resit in the event that they fail the first time around. In the event that you do fail your first exam, we will also work with you to try and identify the reasons for this and how we can overcome them together.

Lunch Provided Onsite

If you choose to study with us during the daytime, we offer a delicious onsite lunch so that you are well fed while you study! This means that you do not need to bring in your own food or travel offsite to get something to eat. All of the food provided onsite can be part of a healthy, balanced diet. At DS Gas & Electric Training, we believe that by eating healthily you can further help improve your learning power, resulting in a better experience for your body and your mind! This also means that you can spend more time in the centre studying towards your qualifications!
